Fuelled by a desire to fit in, I experimented with countless beauty tricks, fairness creams to straightening my hair, only to find myself feeling increasingly unhappy and anxious.

It was during a long break spent reconnecting with my mother that I realised the power of natural living. My mother's simple, all-natural lifestyle, free from harmful chemicals and products, was the key to her timeless beauty. I learned from my mother's experience and gradually embraced a natural lifestyle, using herbs, oils, and plant-based products to maintain my health andwellness.
